From Corporators & Staff: Name, designation, official ID, and contact details for task assignment and status
updates.
Location Data: Precise or approximate GPS coordinates when a complaint is filed or a task is updated to
ensure “proof-based” resolution.
Usage Data: Device information, IP addresses, and time-stamped activity logs to maintain an audit trail.

How We Use Your Information

We process your data to streamline civic governance:
Grievance Redressal: To route complaints to the correct ward member or civic staff.
Real-Time Tracking: To provide citizens with live updates on their reported issues.
Accountability: To verify that tasks are completed at the correct location via photo/video evidence.

Ward Mitra is a collaborative platform; therefore, information is shared as follows:
Civic Hierarchy: Your complaint and location are visible to the relevant Corporator, civic staff, and
authorized administrators.
Public Transparency: Aggregated, non-personal data (e.g., “Total complaints resolved in Ward 5”) may be
made public to demonstrate governance efficiency.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of the public or
our platform.
